This incident caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 parking area.

An additional two individuals have been arrested related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by what is thought to be an irritant spray, as stated by law enforcement.

A man, 24, was taken into custody in Lambeth on suspicion of theft and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. They both remain in custody, authorities confirmed.

These detentions come after a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A toddler aged three was among the injured during the incident. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later discharged.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation while inquiries continue.

Police were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT following reports of a number of individuals injured by a noxious substance believed to be pepper spray.

The assault - which police said was isolated and not considered an act of terror - caused delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility briefly.
